In 2005 We the Temple of the Moon hosted nine rituals in Canberra between May and January.. Click HERE to get an overview from one of our Temple Members.
The rituals were held every Dark Moon (skipping December), and focused on a different Goddess and the exploration of Her meaning and message.
The Dark Moon rituals commenced in May 2005, to coincide with Samhain, the Pagan New Year.
This is the time of the Crone; for the getting and the giving of wisdom; for remembrance and reflection; for the acceptance of death and other endings.
It seemed only fitting therefore that the first three rituals should focus on Goddess in her Crone form.
As the Wheel turns and the cycle moves on, the Goddess returns to Her Maiden form. We met the Maiden, and spent three months with Her from August to October

We the Temple of the Moon farewelled one of our founding Priestesses, Lizi after the 2005 series. We send her our deepest thanks for her time spent with the Temple and the awesome work she put into 2005. We the Temple of the Moon wishes Lizi well in all her future endeavors.
